1. To start, click the Business Services link at the top of the home page at https://mountvida.com, or simply go to https://mountvida.com/supplier.
2. On page load, you will see a registration form.
3. Simply fill out the required fields, including:
– Company Name
– Contact Name
– Job Title
– Email ID
– Password / Confirm Password
– Date of Birth (18+ required)
– Phone Number
4. Once you have completed the required info, simply click to confirm your agreement to the Mount Vida Terms of Service, then click to sign up!
5. You will be asked to confirm your email to complete your registration. Check your email and click the confirmation link provided.
