Getting started selling on Mount Vida is free and easy.
1. Set up your first offering by navigating to the Offerings Editor icon in the business portal.
2. The offering editor is intuitive, flexible to meet your needs, and easy-to-use. Simply follow the steps to provide the required information to set up your offering for sale online, including:
- Offering Details
- Location & Description
- Photos
- Date & Duration
- Price & Availability
- Payment & Cancellation
Note: If you get stuck, there are info bubbles next to each section in the offering editor that you can click for more information. You can also call us any time for one-on-one assistance.
3. When each section is completed, the system will show a green check mark to confirm.
4. Make sure to save your changes as needed. When you are ready to publish your offering, you have a the options at the top:
a. Publish In-House – Use this option for items you are selling over the phone or by email as in-house transactions. Offerings published internally for in-house sales will be available for booking by you or your employees in the in-house booking section only, and will NOT be available for booking by the public on Mount Vida | Search.
b. Publish Online – Use this option for items that you want to sell online and in-house. Offerings you publish online will be available for booking by the public on Mount Vida | Search, through links in your email campaigns, or through your custom booking page. When published online, an offering will also available for in-house transactions.
5. When you create an offering and publish it online, an activity page is created with all the relevant info, including a description, photos, pricing, payment terms, availability, and cancellation policy. Activity pages are custom branded to your Company and your Experiences.
a. You can link to this page from your own custom website.
b. You can link to this page with marketing campaigns via email or social media.
c. You can find the activity offering on Mount Vida | Search.
6. To preview your activity pages after you publish them online, simply go to your Mount Vida company page, or find them on Mount Vida | Search. You can also check pricing, terms, and conditions from the In House Booking icon on the supplier portal.
