Mount Vida | Reserve is so flexible that you can actually use it for free. Some Companies choose this option and pass the service cost of booking on to the customer at the time of purchase.
1. The fee structure is located in the offering editor, and can be set on a per-offering basis when you add or edit a new offering.
a. To pass the service costs on to the customer, simply check the box for Add service fee for Customer pay at check-out.
b. To include the service costs in your pricing, simply check the box for Deduct service fee from my pricing. No additional charge at check-out.
Note: Free booking scenarios can only be done on a no refund basis. You will not be able to set up the Moderate or Flexible payment and cancellation policies with this selection. For more information on payment and cancellation policies, see Sell with a Cancellation Policy.
