Mount Vida | Reserve is flexible to handle several payment and cancellation methodologies. For more information on setting up cancellation policies, see Sell with a Cancellation Policy.
1. When an offering allows for cancellation during a Cancellation Period, the customer can cancel the reservation online at any time from the My Orders page on the customer’s account.
2. Likewise, a business can cancel a reservation at any time, at the request of the customer or under unworkable circumstances.
a. To cancel a reservation from the business portal, go to the Reservation Dashboard in the Reservations tab.
b. Search or sort to find the reservation you need to modify. Select cancel from the action icon.
c. All the information you need to review and make the cancellation is made available to you with an invoice preview. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation on the terms of the Cancellation Policy or to apply a full refund if appropriate. Once confirmed, this action cannot be undone and any refund is processed accordingly.
