Mobile Ticketing

Mobile Ticketing and Mobile Check-in comes standard with Mount Vida | Reserve.

1.  Every transaction with Mount Vida is done with modern mobile ticketing technology.  Customers receive:

      a.  A custom branded confirmation ticket by email with a QR code that can be viewed directly from a mobile phone or printed at home.

                

     b.  A complete invoice with a QR code available online from the customer’s My Orders page.

              

2.  Mount Vida’s mobile check in tools are seamless and can be utilized from any mobile device.

     a.  To check in a customer, simply log in to Mount Vida with your business account on your mobile device and select the bar code scanner from the menu.   

       

     b.  Then scan the QR code on the customers confirmation ticket or invoice.  That’s it!  Fast, accurate, and scalable. 

     c.  The mobile scanner confirms successful check-ins and alerts you to any issues, such as unpaid balances and duplicate check-ins.

    d.  If you want more information, you can view the reservation invoice in one click.
