Managing payment processing with Mount Vida is easy. It’s all built in.  We handle the hard stuff.  You get paid.

Important items to note:

1.  Mount Vida booking tools are designed for a great customer experience.  All terms and conditions are presented up front prior to a transaction, so there are no surprises.  

2.  All reservations and related payment info are tracked, documented, and available for review at any time.  

3.  You can print and send receipts for any reservation at any time. 

4.  Customers receive automated emails to confirm a completed transaction, and automated emails to remind a customer prior to any scheduled payments. 

5.  Cancellations and refunds, if applicable, can be made at any time by you, the business, or your customer through the Reservation Dashboard in the business portal, or through the My Orders section of the customer portal.  In the event of a cancellation, refunds, confirmation emails, and receipts process automatically.

6.  If you ever have any questions or concerns, we are available and ready to assist by phone, chat, and email.
