Mount Vida enables you to sell in the way that suits your business. When selecting a Payment & Cancellation methodology, there are three options:
- Strict & Simple
- Moderate Approach
- Most Flexible
The Strict & Simple methodology has a simple cancellation policy. All sales are final, and no refunds are allowed.
Each of the Moderate Approach and Most Flexible methodologies enables you to set up a refundable offering with a Cancellation Period. These terms can be set so that a customer can cancel during the Cancellation Period and incur only the cancellation fees that you specify.
